“Adapt For Life” JKD Seminar for charity featuring Paul Vunak, Friday June 27th @ 630pm
E.T.G.S. - A Special Course For Women!
E.T.G.S - Escape To Gain Safety. Is a special course designed by Sifu
Paul Vunak for today's busy and active mother, wife, or daughter.
"Let us give you a fighting chance in your darkest hour !"
Our workshops and private group trainings provide you with the skills
necessary to make the right choices and get away safely during a random
act of violence. Our workshops are specialized self protection and
empowerment events that provide you with the tools in dealing with the
phyiscal and emotional stress of an escalating confrontation.
The moves have been scientifically chosen to work 100% of the time in a
real life assaults, where there are no rules. As a result there are only a
hand full of moves. Each move is unbelievably affective and can be
learned and mastered in a few hours.
You don't have to be quick, or coordinated or even in decent physical
shape. You don't need to train constantly to become a master. All the
deadly power comes from extensions of the way your body naturally
moves. This is called your "gross motor skills" -- the same simple
movements you use to walk across the room, to scratch your ear, or to
step into a car.
Isn't it time to really know how to protect yourself so you can walk the
streets with confidence ? Military Technology for the everyday Mom, Wife,
Sister, and Daughter.

Testimonials
“Thank you so much for starting this program for us! In such a short
amount of time, we've come so far thanks to your training. I hope we
can be great examples for future Lady Cobras and women everywhere
who want to know how to strike back if the time calls for it. I absolutely
LOVE what we do, and everytime I pick up those sticks I feel like a
bad-ass! Thank you for taking the time to train us to be every bit as
strong and formidable as the men in this industry.”

"Harinder's Lady Cobra self-defense class is the first self-defense
class I've ever taken and the drills and concepts I have learned are
invaluable. Harinder teaches at a level that is easy to understand,
yet has a very practical application. This is something every woman
should be exposed to. I am confident that the drills will transition
automatically to any real-life altercation that should arise in the
future. Thank you!
"My Mom was a student of Karate and she always wanted me to take
classes to at least know how to defend myself if God Forbid something
unspeakable ever happened. In all of my 27 years of life I have only
attended one martial arts class when I was 10 to my mothers
disappointment and all that I remember from that class is trying to tie the
belt and sit ups.
Then I met Harrinder…. His wife is a classmate of mine at Chiropractic
school and she had mentioned that Harrinder would be teaching a self
defense class and little did I know what I was getting my self into when I
signed up. I just thought it was a guy in the foam body suit and learn a
couple jab, kick and hit type of moves. This was nothing like that it is a
hand to hand combat teaching and also weapon training class. They
way the class is taught it teaches your brain how to respond to the
angles at which any weapon or body part comes at you. I especially
think this is important because we are preparing ourselves for a time
when we will be caught of guard, and the brain instantly has to go into
defense mode without Me telling the brain to block, slap or hit. This soon
becomes second nature with the training.
The other element is that I am not a strong person if some man came at
me in an attack; he has much more power than I ever would so by
teaching us how to use the art in our advantage and how to move in
different patterns we are able to deflect away what is coming at us
without using a lot of power and be ready to come back with moves
that are precise and accurate that can hurt the body the most. After a
year of training, I feel very comfortable from what I have been taught
and feel that I have many tools in my belt rather than just a jab, kick or
hit.”
