Progressive Fighting Systems (PFS) is a Global organization dedicated to
teaching realistic self defense and promoting the expansion of Jeet Kune Do
and the Filipino Martial Arts.

PFS was founded over 25 years ago by Sifu Paul Vunak. Sifu Vunak
was trained by Guru Dan Inosanto, Bruce Lee’s top student and the only
man certified by Bruce Lee to teach Jeet Kune Do.

It was Paul's encouragement that lead Harinder to form PFS of Bay
Area California to provide his students a means to develop and grow
physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. By pursuing these
ambitions, Harinder hopes to ensure that the contributions made by
Bruce Lee, Dan Inosanto, Larry Hartsell, and Sifu Paul Vunak to the
martial arts and to humanity will never be forgotten.
